UF and your Neurology Administrative Office and Clinics will be closed from December 25 thru January 1. The university will be closed for the holiday period of Dec. 25, 2014, through Jan. 1, 2015.

New Biosketch Format Effective for due dates after Jan. 25th, 2015
All grant applications with due dates on or after Jan 25th, 2015 must use the biographical sketch format.  The revised forms and instructions are now available on the SF 424 (R&R) Forms and Applications page.

Have you consented to retrieve your W-2 electronically?

Calendar year-end vacation leave conversion will occur in January
The annual conversion of accrued vacation leave over the maximum will occur after the pay period ending Jan. 15, 2015. Maximums are as follows:
•TEAMS and out-of-unit faculty: 352
•In-unit faculty: 480
•USPS: 240

Conference Schedule December 29, 2014-January 2, 2015

Neurology Grand Rounds will not take place on Tuesday, December 22 or Tuesday, December 29 due to the holidays.  We will resume on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 with a speaker at 11am, followed by a case presentation at 12pm.  Happy Holidays!
