New Biosketch Format Effective for due dates after Jan. 25th, 2015
All grant applications with due dates on or after Jan 25th, 2015 must use the biographical sketch format. The revised forms and instructions are now available on the SF 424 (R&R) Forms and Applications page.

Have you consented to retrieve your W-2 electronically?
If you have not already done so, you may provide consent to retrieve your W-2 electronically by logging into myUFL and using the navigation: My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent.
Calendar year-end vacation leave conversion will occur in January
The annual conversion of accrued vacation leave over the maximum will occur after the pay period ending Jan. 15, 2015. Maximums are as follows:
•TEAMS and out-of-unit faculty: 352
•In-unit faculty: 480

As of Monday Dec. 1st, UFIT has New Ticketing System http://my.it.ufl.edu
If you need to submit a Request or report an Incident related to you UFIT Hosted services please do the following:
1) Point your browser to the new ticketing system: http://my.it.ufl.edu
2) Under “Select a category to get started.” Click the green “Technology Services” link.
3) You’ll then be taken to a new page with an expanding menu of options, select “Hosting”
4) Next, select one of: Database Hosting, File Serving, Virtual Machine Hosting, Web Hosting
5) Then you’ll be able to decide if you’re making a Request or Reporting an Incident
If you submit a Request your ticket will automatically be routed to the folks who can fulfil that request. Requests will be fulfilled during regular business hours M-F 8-5.
