MBI Fire Drill
UF Environmental Health and Safety will be conducting a fire drill sometime this week. The University’s Fire Exit Drill Policy and Procedure can be found at http://www.ehs.ufl.edu/programs/fire/greek/drills/.
 
New Biosketch Format Effective for due dates after Jan. 25th, 2015
All grant applications with due dates on or after Jan 25th, 2015 must use the biographical sketch format.  The revised forms and instructions are now available on the SF 424 (R&R) Forms and Applications page.

Have you consented to retrieve your W-2 electronically?
If you have not already done so, you may provide consent to retrieve your W-2 electronically by logging into myUFL and using the navigation: My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent.
 
Calendar year-end vacation leave conversion will occur in January
The annual conversion of accrued vacation leave over the maximum will occur after the pay period ending Jan. 15, 2015. Maximums are as follows:
•TEAMS and out-of-unit faculty: 352
•In-unit faculty: 480
•USPS: 240
