We are pleased to announce the promotion of long-time team member Melissa Himes to the position of Clinical ACU Manager for the Center for Movement Disorder and Neurorestoration. Melissa has implemented protocols which have improved efficiency in the Center, and been recognized for outstanding achievement. Her background in business management gives her an overall understanding of how to improve customer satisfaction, and her ability to motivate her team has led to her continued success in the Center.
In assuming her new duties as clinic manager, she will oversee the dedicated staff we already have in place in addition to being responsible for training new employees. She will also deal directly with customers, approving time and helping to resolve any issues. Melissa will also continue her role as the International Concierge Coordinator.
