This class, designed by University of Florida dancers, neurologists and individuals with MS, benefits those with MS through improving physical and
social well-being. This class will enhance health and vitality by improving posture, kinetic awareness, coordination, balance, social well-being and more. This class is free of cost and no prior dance experience is required.
Class is held every Wednesday from 5:30 pm – 6:45pm at the O’Connell Center Dance Studio, 250 Gale Lemerand Drive Suite 2110, Gainesville, FL 32611.
