Dr. Carlson is a winner of 2020 College of Medicine Exemplary Teacher awards!
Dr. Carlson has shown a commitment to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows, both informally during teaching rounds and also in his individuals accomplishments!
- Dr. Carlson is an associate director for the medical school MS2 Neuroscience course and has developed a dedicated neuroanatomy curriculum for the neurology residents to prepare them to serve as TAs for this course. He has also helped develop our neuroimmunology educational rotations and fellowship.
