9th Annual UF Health Stroke Conference: Registration Open!

The 9th Annual Stroke Conference will focus on science, technology and practical applications in order to equip participants with the tools needed to deliver high quality, evidence-based, patient centered stroke care.

Nursing Credit

UF Health Shands is a CE Provider recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing (FBN# 50-1790). Participants will be awarded up to 6.5 contact hours. You must attend the entire program in order to receive credit.

Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, Inc. is a Florida Board of Occupational Therapy approved provider of continuing education. CE Broker Provider ID #50-1922.
