World Mental Health Day is an annual event held on October 10th to raise awareness of mental health issues worldwide and to mobilize efforts to support mental health. This year’s theme is “Mental health is a universal human right”. It provides us with an opportunity to ensure that the human rights and well-being of people with mental illness are respected in all parts of the world.
