I analyze high-gamma band power during tasks such as picture naming to identify electrodes involved in language processing, helping refine functional mapping as a complement to electrical stimulation mapping. Outside of research, I enjoy playing sports and spending time with friends

I am an undergraduate student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida. In the iBRAIN Lab, I contribute to magnetoencephalography (MEG) data collection, preprocessing, and basic AI-based modeling, with a primary focus on the speech brain-computer interface (BCI) project.

My research interests center on the integration of biomedical engineering, neuroimaging, and artificial intelligence to better understand and decode human brain function. I am particularly interested in non-invasive speech BCI research using magnetoencephalography (MEG), with an emphasis on MEG data acquisition, signal preprocessing, and foundational machine learning approaches for modeling speech-related neural activity. Through this work, I aim to contribute to the development of technologies that may help restore communication for individuals with speech impairments.

I am an undergraduate student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida. In the iBRAIN Lab, I use data analysis and machine learning approaches to study how neuroimaging and electrophysiological signals can improve the detection and diagnosis of neurological conditions.

My research interests lie at the intersection of biomedical engineering, neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and computational analysis. My work focuses on applying machine learning methods to MEG recordings from patients with neurological conditions to identify patterns that may support earlier detection and diagnosis. I am also interested in connecting these neurophysiological findings with biochemical mechanisms to better understand brain function, addictive behaviors, and risky decision-making.

Outside of research, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring nature, reading, and playing the piano.

I am an undergraduate student in Neuroscience at the University of Florida. In the iBRAIN Lab, I contribute to projects focused on intracranial electrophysiology and presurgical language mapping in patients with epilepsy.

My research focuses on stereo-EEG (sEEG) recordings from patients with epilepsy during language-processing tasks. Specifically, I am interested in the relationship between high-gamma power modulation and alpha/beta power desynchronization during language function, with the goal of better understanding the neural mechanisms underlying these electrophysiological patterns and their relevance to presurgical language mapping.

Outside of research, I enjoy running and baking.
