About Kristin Hedtke
Dr. Kristin Hedtke moved south from her home state of Minnesota to study Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences at the University of Houston in Houston, TX. She stayed in Texas for medical training at UT Health San Antonio Long School of Medicine where she developed further interest in neurology. She completed her neurology residency at the University of Florida. During her residency, she participated in research to improve communication between patients and their care teams. She has broad clinical interests across the field of neurology and is excited to stay with the UF neurology team after completing her residency program by serving patients as a general neurologist. Outside of medicine, Dr. Hedtke enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors with tennis and hiking.
