About Anum Khaliq

Anum is a graduate of King Edward Medical University, Pakistan. She is particularly enthusiastic about research in the field of medicine in general and neuroscience in particular. During her years in the medical school, she has remained Director of Standing Committee on Research Exchange, arranged workshops to aspire young researchers to do research, and paved ways to explore opportunities for research exchange programs to occur in her home country.

She is particularly enthusiastic about inculcating clinical practice with research for more efficient patient care. That is why she is interested in pursuing a residency in the field of neurology followed by a fellowship in one of the sub-specialties. Her domains of interest include neuro-critical care, neuro-vascular diseases, and neuro-degenerative diseases. Her hobbies include reading, watching movies, traveling to explore new places, and spending time with family.
