About Whitney Miller
Whitney will be graduated in December 2023 from the University of West Florida with her Bachelors of Science in Health Science specializing in clinical research and pre-med studies. Throughout undergraduate studies, she has been a member of UWF Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, consecutively maintained President’s List each semester all while going to school full time, and maintaining a demanding full time job as a lead ophthalmic technician. For the past seven and a half years, she has dedicated her life to being proficient in general and pediatric ophthalmology, but deep down has always had a passion for neuromuscular and skeletal research. She currently holds eight certifications, six of which pertain to research studies. She plans to pursue a masters in Physician Assistant Studies in the future. Her hobbies include exercising, hiking trails with her dog, gardening, exploring art festivals, creating new art and crafts, hunting, fishing, and playing sudoku.
