About Joel Page
Joel Page, IV, MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Aging, Behavioral and Cognitive and Epilepsy Divisions of Neurology. Dr. Page is a board-certified neurologist with clinical interests in behavioral neurology, epilepsy, and neurophysiology. Originally from South Georgia, he earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Spanish from Georgia Southern University in 2015. He went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2019.
Dr. Page completed a four-year neurology residency at the University of South Alabama (2019–2023), followed by fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology/EEG at Duke University (2023–2024) and a subsequent fellowship in behavioral neurology at the University of Florida.
Driven by a deep curiosity about the human condition, Dr. Page finds neurology to be a meaningful and rewarding field through which he can make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by neurological disorders.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys reading both fiction and nonfiction, traveling, birdwatching, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
