Brice Sewell earned his undergraduate degree in Literature from the University of Miami, where he developed a deep appreciation for literature in translation and the intricate beauty of layered storytelling. His passion for language led him to work as a translator of ancient texts before discovering a new calling in medicine and the medical humanities. While pursuing his medical education at the University of Florida College of Medicine, he was captivated by the complexity and problem-solving nature of clinical neurology, a field that seamlessly blends his love of narrative with the diagnostic art of patient care. He is thrilled to continue his journey at the University of Florida Adult Neurology program, where he looks forward to deepening his clinical expertise and forging meaningful connections with patients and colleagues. Outside the hospital, he finds joy in baking artisanal breads, tending to his ever-growing collection of plants, immersing himself in novels, and exploring Florida’s sun-dappled woods and crystal-clear springs.
